Rules and regulations
of Leeds Utd Supporters Club - Louth branch |

The Supporters Club
is a nonpolitical, nonsectarian organisation aimed at promoting
the interest of all its members and Leeds United football club. |

A committee is elected
each year at the AGM to carry out the day to day running of the
club. |
| |
3 |
Only paid up members
can be elected on to the committee and only paid up members can
vote at the annual general meeting. Junior members are considered
to be under 16 years of age. Only Adult members can vote at the
AGM. |

No member may run for
the committee unless he/she signals his/her intention to do so. |
| |
5 |
Any member deemed to
have brought the club into disrepute can at the discretion of the
committee be (a) warned in writing, (b) suspended, or (c) expelled
from the club. |

All new members will
be furnished with a copy of the club rules. |

7 |
All members on payment
of yearly subscription will be provided with a club ID card and
a membership card of the Louth branch. New members need two passport
sized photos for same. These cards will be necessary for entrance
into the Captains Lounge (Supporters club section of Elland Road)
area of Elland Road. Failure to bring same will prevent entry into
this area. |

Yearly subscription is
€15 for adults, €7 for juniors, €30 for families, with the provision
that each member or family must sell at least 10 lines on the annual
draw card that is sent to them. Failure to do so will leave membership
of the Louth Branch invalid. |

Tickets for matches in
Leeds can only be attained through the committee. Due notice and
ticket money must be given in advance to the treasurer. This money
is nonrefundable if the member withdraws. However, every effort
will be made to sell this ticket to another supporters club member
and refund the person with same. On no account can the person sell
the ticket himself without the authorisation of the committee. |

The committee will organise
a number of official club trips each year to watch Leeds play. The
price of these trips will be kept as low as possible. However, all
money must be paid in advance of deadline presented. This is in
order to pay for flights, match tickets etc. The Supporters club
is not in a position to take a loss due to cancellations. Refunds
for cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be left at the
discretion of the committee. |

If a club trip is organised
to Leeds, members attending are requested to travel with the official
party. |

12 |
New members wishing to
join the club can attain membership forms from any member of the
committee. Their membership should be approved by a sitting committee
member. |

13 |
All members will be provided
with regular newsletters and information about the Supporters club’s
activities and that of Leeds United. |

14 |
The club treasurer will
present a detailed statement of the Supporters club accounts at
the annual general meeting. |

15 |
Each member shall be
fully indemnified (on production of a receipt) out of the funds
of the Supporters club against all liabilities which shall be incurred
in the proper discharge of their duties for the Supporters club. |

All cheques must be signed
by not less than two officers of the club. |

17 |
The club shall raise
and maintain funds to promote the interest of the Louth branch and
Leeds United football club. |

18 |
The club will administer
any such schemes and undertakings as may be for the benefit of the
Louth branch and Leeds United. |

19 |
The Supporters club shall
not be held responsible for any undertaking promoted without its
proper consent. |

20 |
Should anything arise
which is not covered by the foregoing rules, the committee shall
have full power to deal with same. |
